Each day at the Quiet Strength Community Center children will learn basic life skills through daily chores and responsibilities at the center.  They will also, when old enough, have the opportunity to participate in a micro-enterprising business.  Through this they will be taught how to earn money, manage money, and save money in a responsible way.  They will be taught a different way of life – an independent life – something they have never been shown before.  Our philosophy is that if we can change the outlook of a child, they will become the catalyst to change the outlook of their family and eventually their entire community.
